Staffing

Our policy on staffing is to provide an environment in which staff feel comfortable and safe. We believe that the staff we employ are a major asset since they provide elements of the safety and security, and support that clients need.

Our recruitment process is vigorous. Each applicant goes through a series of interviews and checks in order for us to assess his or her suitability for the position. All staff including auxiliary staff have cleared enhanced DBS checks prior to starting work, and a minimum of two references are taken up on each applicant.

Our staff are qualified and experienced and we encourage them to further their Professional Qualifications, pursuing NVQ level 3 qualifications. Staff, receive training and are supervised by qualified and experienced managers.
